If your bag develops a manufacturing fault within this period, our dedicated artisans will assess and repair it free of charge, helping to restore it to its original condition.

Yes. If you purchased your bag from an authorised Strathberry stockist, it is covered. Scan the QR code on the card inside your bag to register.

Yes. Just use the date you received it in place of a purchase date, and register as normal.
